I am seeking a part-time position. I have experience in a variety of industries, including legal, education, medical, and agriculture. I have a varied skill set that includes the following legal assistant qualifications: drafting court documents; serving and filing documents; providing a high level of customer service; ability to multi-task in an environment which constantly changes; open and close files; provide accurate billing to clients; manage calendars; conflict checks; prioritizing my time to meet deadlines; maintain a high degree of confidentiality; working independently and as a team to achieve common objectives. I am a Notary Public, my appointment expires in 2021. Along with the above, I am highly proficient in bookkeeping and accounting procedures. I have experience with the following: Bank reconciliations; Accounts payable / receivables; Payroll; Bank deposits; Reporting - Profit and Loss statements, Budget, etc; General Journal entries. I am a fast, accurate typist. I am tech savvy and have excellent computer skills including but not limited to in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. I am also highly proficient in ESILaw, PC Law, Acumin and QuickBooks.
