About Ilker Boyraz

I graduated from Boğaziçi University as a civil engineer in February 2018 and completed a course period of Master of Science at the Structural Engineering Department of Civil Engineering at Middle East Technical University between 2021 and 2023. I have excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills in English. I have worked as an Overhead Transmission Lines Design Expert Engineer at Mitas Industry for over 5.5 years and gained substantial experience. I have been on many tender & final Transmission Line projects from 132 kV to 765 kV with AC/DC Towers during this period. I have prepared sag-tension calculations and load trees for Towers as well. I have performed unique foundation designs for towers such as "Micro-pile, pad & chimney & rough/mat". I have attended prototype inspections many times. I have been a responsible design engineer for 1 to 1 scale Tower loading tests at the Electromontage Tower Testing station in Bucharest and the ENA Tower Testing station in Türkiye many times. I have been in Pakistan for a work visit related to an issue with a Transmission Line project. I have the ability to combine the structures of the future in quality, time, and cost triangles. As a transmission line engineer, I intend to construct better structures using engineering skills.#PLS-CADD #PLS-TOWER #Tower design #Load-Tree #Sag-Tension #Foundation #Outline #Clearance #Optimisation #Detail-engineering
