At Jotform, I focus on developing our Affiliate and Agency Partner network. Recruiting new partners, supporting their success, and making sure the relationships we build are strong and mutually rewarding. Before stepping into the partnerships world, I worked in technical support, where I learned the importance of listening carefully, solving problems with patience, and collaborating across teams to improve the user experience. Those lessons continue to shape how I approach partner management today. Outside of work, I’ve also spent time leading online communities, moderating forums and Discord channels, and even training in the hospitality industry during my earlier career. Each of those experiences taught me something valuable about teamwork, communication, and adaptability. I enjoy connecting with people, exchanging ideas, and building collaborations that create real impact.
