A true Leader is a prophet of the imperceptible future, which is only to be formed; he is a visionary of reality yet to exist, who is capable of communicating it, inspiring and guiding his people towards its creation. It is my deep conviction that people should not only believe in what they are doing, but be confidently convinced that their work is a necessity, not in terms of making a living, but that they're improving and advancing things, promoting the society towards a better future - this is what a job should be first and foremost about, otherwise they are meanly and miserably wasting their dear lives. I am a diligent, passionate enthusiast for improvement, rationalization and optimization of processes by automatizing them and designing supporting systems, who strives to find the golden mean between the bleeding edge and time proved technologies and methodologies for mission critical systems. An indefatigable optimist yet shrewd person, who possesses a straightforward, businesslike attitude; an astute visionary, creative strategic thinker and savvy innovator but yet with his feet on the ground when it comes to implementation. With constant thirst for knowledge, through research and exploration I always endeavor to expand the horizons, mine and of those who might be inquiring, by supplying lucid insight backed by actual and relevant information, presenting the challenges to overcome and pitfalls to avoid, contributing possible approaches and potential workarounds, all the while motivating to move forward. Being a perspicacious, perceptive listener imbued with perfectionism allows me, as a system architect & designer, to provide or advise on an impeccable customer-oriented solutions, based on requirements and real capabilities and not on sales pitch's claims, without cutting corners. Throughout my career I gained a wealth of unique, varied and extensive experience of managing and delivering international and governmental projects, effectively collaborating in complex environments with colleagues and professionals at all levels of responsibility and skills to exceed stakeholders' expectations.
