About Ilona Khalil

I’m a passionate business economist with a customer-focused mindset who enjoys challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change. I love analyzing complex problems and identifying the most effective solutions. My hands-on approach allows me to quickly adapt to new topics and environments.Having spent 2.5 years abroad across three countries and working in a global, virtual team, I’ve built strong intercultural competencies and excellent networking skills. My core expertise includes project management, business administration and management, human resources, diversity & inclusion, workplace accessibility, and non-financial reporting on diversity.I like to say my career started at 13 — as a newspaper deliverer. Every role I’ve taken on, whether paid or volunteer, has shaped my perspective, expanded my skills, and prepared me for new challenges. What you see on my profile is just part of the story — the person behind it brings much more to the table.
