Every day is an opportunity to learn something new." As a Specialist, I live by this motto. MY WORK I'm one of the very few experts in Finland specialized in insurance related crime. I work in a close co-operation with our Insurance Investigators (vakuutustutkijat). My role is to make decisions which consequences the possible fraud cases will have as well as taking control of the entire process. As a part of my work, I also investigate major traffic accidents such as fatal accidents and evaluate LähiTapiola's liability for those accidents based on the law. I'm a strong professional of determining company's loss of earnings related to traffic accident (business interruption). I write decisions of challenging cases related to motor liability insurance (liikennevakuutus) and comprehensive insurance (kasko). Furthermore, I write our company's responses (vastine) to different institutions, for example Traffic Accident Board (Liikennevahinkolautakunta) and The Finnish Financial Ombudsman Bureau (Vakuutuslautakunta, FINE). I also work as the Communications Representative of our unit / Vehicle Claims Department. My work includes updating our company's website, refining the customer communications and being the administrator of different systems. ABOUT ME I'm a highly analytical and extremely accurate personality with a great sense of humor. I'm extremely skillful at writing with the highest possible grade in Finland (laudatur) and I have studied marketing communication as a part of my studies. I have won various innovation competitions. My mission in life is self-improvement in every area of life, helping others to develop their skills and learning more as a team!
