About Ilsa Teppo

I went to college knowing that I never wanted to stop taking math classes, and that’s how I knew I was meant to major in mathematics. I love the logical step-by-step process of reaching conclusions and solving tough problems. I had the opportunity to intern at a small company where I had to write programs in SQL Server. The internship was my introduction into the field of computer science and I saw how similar mathematical proofs and writing code was. I was grateful for the chance to explore this new field and learn how to troubleshoot, and feeling the satisfaction of solving difficult problems. I have been intrigued by the field of computer science ever since and am interested in learning more. During the school year, I get to tutor students who are struggling in math and grade homework assignments for professors. I prefer the flexible hours and being able to work one-on-one with students to ensure their success in their classes. Providing quality services to clients and customers is something that I am passionate about. I am looking for a company who is passionate about what they do and places importance on quality client-care.
