About Ilse Haringa

I am a sustainability professional with a passion for creative problem solving, people and behavior management and research. My key competencies include giving fact-based advice and to achieve on-time and precise results by connecting all relevant stakeholders. I can contribute with my positive attitude, out of the box thinking and with my theoretical basis gained through my studies in Leadership for Sustainability and Organisational Psychology. In my previous roles as project manager communications, IT account manager and operations manager I have demonstrated my abilities for efficient decision making, employee engagement and connecting innovative technology with end user experience. My personal aim is to impact strategies and decision making towards creating more sustainable solutions. I thrive in a work environment with multicultural and driven people, where I use my creativity, energy and humor towards change and improvement.
