About Ilya Markov

Started my journey in the marketing field as a SEO specialist in a small digital agency more than 10 years ago and from there exceeded up the ladder to the leader of our digital marketing department in Artec 3D. Before taking the lead role in Artec 3D, I've worked in one of the TOP-3 leading marketing agencies in Russia as the senior SEO-specialist under the wing of the best SEO professionals in the field, working on different projects from a wide spectrum of industries. As SEO team lead in Artec 3D I've achieved strong results via significant increase of the organic traffic and leads from that channel. Being promoted to head of digital marketing for that reason, I've managed to successfully build a team of professionals and to substantially grow the company's sales all across the world every year. A key part of my recent work has been the integration of AI to automate and optimize our workflows. Together with my team we built and deployed several AI agents: one for generating content and auto-filling our media project, a RAG chat-bot on our website that works as a sales agent, another that enriches leads and supports our resellers, and a separate support assistant that replies to emails and messages. Also we are actively using AI in analytics to speed up decision-making and surface useful insights and more. What I do best is building a team, organizing and tuning up all the processes required to achieve the objectives set. In addition to that I possess solid hard skills knowledge in all major digital marketing instruments, as well as analytics and research, marketing and promotion methods in general. Simply put, I know how to turn business goals into practical results.
