I’m a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 10 years of clinical and leadership experience across concierge medicine, primary care, and telehealth. My career has been centered on improving access to high-quality, personalized healthcare—whether through leading multi-provider teams, implementing telehealth infrastructure, or delivering care directly to patients' homes. Currently, I run a concierge home-visit medical practice in Northern Virginia that provides comprehensive primary care and urgent services for patients who face barriers to traditional clinic access. By offering same-day appointments, worksite and home visits, and personalized preventive care, my practice helps close care gaps while building long-term, trusted relationships with patients. My previous roles include serving as Assistant Professor at VCU and UVA, leading quality initiatives, mentoring trainees, and developing telemedicine programs that scale access and reduce disparities. I also have an MBA from Johns Hopkins, which supports my work in strategic planning, operational integration, and healthcare innovation. Whether working with patients, providers, or partners, I strive to bring compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care to everything I do.
