From St. Petersburg to Tokyo: My career is defined by resilience and adaptation. Raised in a single-parent family in Russia, I learned early on that education and grit were the keys to opening doors. After graduating from St. Petersburg State University, I took a leap of faith to restart my life in Japan. I mastered the language, earned a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Tokyo, and navigated the complexities of Japanese corporate culture at Hitachi and Deloitte before joining Google. This journey — from a modest upbringing to the boardrooms of global tech — has instilled in me a relentless work ethic and a unique ability to navigate cross-cultural business landscapes. Driving Growth & Innovation: At Google, I focus on high-impact strategic partnerships. My recent work includes anchoring the "Reserve with Google" ecosystem in APAC, connecting thousands of merchants through key partnerships with industry giants like Rakuten, Zomato, and Swiggy. Previously, as a Senior Account Manager, I managed a portfolio exceeding $60M USD, cultivating direct relationships with CEOs and C-suite executives. This focus on high-level strategy led to the successful closure of Joint Business Plans worth over $100M USD.
