I am a Machine Learning Engineer and Tech Lead with a proven track record in delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions that bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world business impact. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Informatics in Morocco, followed by a Master’s in Computer Science at the University of Cagliari, Italy, where I specialized in machine learning through research at Philips Research in the Netherlands. My career spans startups, R&D, and global consulting. I began as a Data Scientist at Moltiply Group and Istella SpA, building expertise in applied machine learning and natural language processing. I then joined EY as a Senior Data Science Consultant, advising clients in industries like finance, energy, and retail on designing data strategies and implementing AI-powered solutions at scale. In 2021, I joined Vedrai as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, driving the development of robust ML and LLM solutions with a strong focus on MLOps. Since 2024, I have taken on the role of Tech Lead Machine Learning Engineer, leading a talented team and overseeing the full AI lifecycle — from model design and optimization to deployment — ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes. Fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Italian, I thrive in multicultural environments and cross-functional teams.
