About Ilyas Rasooliar

With over six years of work experience in human resources, administration, and volunteering, I am a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ellis Medicine. My mission is to find and hire the best talent for our organization, and to promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and excellence. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and a domain expertise in working with immigrants and refugees, helping them find professional jobs that match their skills and qualifications.In my current role, I use my HR and administration skills to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for various positions across the organization. I also collaborate with managers and leaders to identify and address the hiring needs and challenges, and to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and policies. Additionally, I leverage my volunteering experience as a former Job Coach at U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, where I supported highly qualified immigrants in finding employers who value their diversity and contributions. I am proud to be part of a team that fosters a positive and respectful work environment, and that makes a difference in the lives of our patients and communities.
