I am a Senior Finance and Digital Transformation Manager, with a broad Finance experience across the Oil & Gas value chain. An expert in delivering digital innovation and steering organizational change through inclusive leadership to achieve measurable operational efficiency, enhance customer experience and growth for international blue-chip organizations. I have significant experience in business performance management and controllership. I am adept in driving strategic digital transformations, managing large-scale projects while leveraging the latest technologies to transform ways of working and drive business performance. Shell Integrated Gas (IGU) was improving forecasting process to reduce volatility. As Digital Transformation Manager, I took initiative to transform IGU forecasting and develop LE automation solution. I formed cross-functional teams, pioneered a hybrid E2E asset forecasting process to generate formal / on-demand LE through business assumptions automation, and leveraged predictive AI. Succeeded in significantly reducing LE effort (60-70%), improving LE accuracy and cutting R&M costs ~40%, to receive CFO & EVP FO Award in 2024. Shell was digitally transforming Group assurance process and risk management. As Group Assurance Advisor, I revamped Group processes and risk management. I deployed cloud platform “Radar”, integrated assurance planning and action tracking, offered real-time E2E reporting, and enabled data-driven insights to better manage risks. Succeeded in enhancing incident management control framework by enabling 1st time Group wide visibility of incidents, promoted cross business / functions learning to reduce re-occurrence. One of my core skills is aligning digital strategies with business goals to revitalize business models and processes.
