I have over 10 years experience working in the customer service and administration industry, providing assistance, solving problems, and ensuring company protocols were followed. Within my profession, I possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills that allow me to analyze clients’ needs and find solutions to their issues. With the strong willingness to help others, I am always working towards gaining more knowledge and also ensuring that company goals and targets are my main priority. Some of my other strengths include proficiency in word processing, excel, computer access, and MS Office. Besides this, I am also excellent at managing and processing daily incoming and outgoing emails and mail and couriers. These tasks include opening, sorting, stamping and distributing as well as preparing outgoing courier items and arranging courier pick-ups. With the diverse skill set that I posses, I am also able to work well in a team-based environment and adapt to new changes.
