About Iman G.

As a Canadian, I have had the pleasure of living and working across five continents over the past dozen years. Recently, I moved back to Canada, after living in Denmark for over three years. During my time in Copenhagen, I worked as a strategy consultant, focusing on corporate strategy and merger integration in the IT, technology, and telecommunication sectors. Since returning to Vancouver, I have worked within KPMG's Transaction Services Team, focusing on Ops. M&A Deal Advisory, and subsequently started my own food subscription and delivery based dog food manufacturing company. At RAWRdaily, we provide farm fresh whole ingredients for your best friend delivered right to your door. As of November, 2022, I was recruited by Angel Host to lead their mergers and acquisitions strategy and portfolio. My role involves sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and integration acquisition targets for Angel Host in the international vacation rental space. I consider myself to be a generalist with a diverse background and work experience, incl. corporate strategy, post merger integration, product innovation, digital strategy, commercial excellence, organizational restructuring, international development, social entrepreneurship, business development and recruitment. Over the past five years I have worked extensively with corporate and private equity firms to develop M&A strategy. I am well versed with the project management of multiple workstreams and running simultaneous projects to deliver results in a timely manner. I have an entrepreneurial mindset, developed during my MBA, as an adviser to various startups and as the founder/co-founder of multiple social-entrepreneurship projects. I possess advanced client facing skills developed through working in the public, education, IT, Telecom, VC/PE and NGO sectors.
