About Iman Nasser

13 years’ experience as head of department (unit) within large public service and private organizations. I’ve spent the last seven years building and growing the digital capabilities of Skånetrafiken’s ticketing system, focusing on how we can optimize and improve the customer experience through our various sales channels, and building a team that has its target set on integrating IT and business solutions to drive collaboration and growth across the organization. With oversight of a a turnover of 2,1 billion, I manage a team of eight people and together we help shape the future of public transport in the region. I put the customer experience at the heart of everything we set out to do as a business. By obsessing the end-to-end consumer journey, I believe we can build more personalized experiences and drive lifetime consumer value and loyalty. I believe in the truth that what the consumer buys is never a product, it’s always utility – what that product does for him/her.
