Highly motivated and passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures, building effective teams, and achieving strategic organizational goals through people. Throughout my studies, I have gained valuable knowledge in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employment law, and strategic human resources. My journey into HR began during undergrad when I developed a deep interest in industrial/organizational psychology. As my passion for learning grew so did my interest in training and development leading to my time as an education consultant. This experience allowed me to hone in on my workshop facilitation and coaching skills. This fueled my genuine desire to make a difference for people. I am motivated to use my passion to make a difference for people by supporting organizations in creating an inclusive, motivating, and empowering environment. I am actively applying my skills and knowledge, learning from experienced professionals, and contributing to creating a positive workplace. I am eager to continue growing and making an impact by building relationships within the industry.
