About Iman Stenson

As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Manager at CrossCountry Consulting, I have over five years of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive DEI strategies and initiatives that foster a culture of belonging and inclusion. I am passionate about advancing DEI goals and objectives across the organization and beyond, leveraging my communication and analytical skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. Previously, I was a DEI Project Lead at CLA, where I supported the design and execution of DEI projects and programs, such as employee resource groups, training sessions, and surveys. I also created Verra's DEI working group and led the organization in essential conversations regarding race and injustice, as the Senior Operations Coordinator and DEI Working Group Chair. In addition, I have a background in political science and leadership programs, which informs my approach to DEI as a strategic and systemic issue.
