Hello there! I'm Imane, ambitious Process, Product and Continuous improvement responsible with 4 years of experience in automotive industry specifically at LEAR Corp.(my second home where my ambition was born since 2016 as an industrial engineer). I'm addicted to challenges and coffee. My biggest satisfaction is when I see my team members working with enthusiasm, confidence and unconditional joy after every achievement. I believe that a real engineer must use his skills and gifts to impact his entourage positively by adding value continuously: solving a problem, reducing cost, saving time, or eliminating risks. In addition, operational excellence mindset is a must for any project targets definition. Indeed, the main and first step toward organizational excellence is building efficient processes that make it clear to all employees whether or not an organization’s systems running smoothly and make it possible for team members to step in with improvements when necessary which is the mission of a process engineer. In my professional career, I realized that the work that I'm doing is having an impact, a positive impact on others' lives by Living intentionally which means that you are in control of your choices.
