About Imani Johnson

With over 13 years of professional experience, my core competencies lie in customer service management, problem-solving, and customer relationship management. I am committed to enhancing administrative operations and supporting our mission to provide community-enriching services. My field of expertise in information technology, coupled with administrative proficiency, enables me to contribute meaningfully to our team's success by bringing diverse perspectives and ensuring smooth operational workflows. In my current role, I have taken on critical responsibilities during my supervisor's leave, ensuring uninterrupted administrative functions. This includes managing the division's hiring process from start to finish, coordinating and tracking recruitment documentation, and streamlining procurement requests. My ability to adeptly handle timecard and payroll issues, as well as my experience with specialized software like the Paradigm System and SAP SE's WOM work order system, have been instrumental in driving efficiency and operational excellence.
