I'm a mission-driven program manager and learning & development leader with a deep commitment to equity, behavioral health, and workforce transformation. With experience supporting federal public health initiatives, including SAMHSA’s Minority Fellowship Program, I specialize in translating strategy into action by designing impactful trainings, strengthening programs, and helping communities thrive. My work sits at the intersection of public health, education, and equity. I’ve provided technical assistance to grantees nationwide, developed training frameworks for diverse audiences, and supported initiatives that amplify the voices of underrepresented individuals in mental health, substance use, and youth development. I’m passionate about creating spaces, both virtually and in-person, where learning leads to progress and sustainable impact.
