After completing my studies at Trios College, I began my career as a Help Desk Technician at Fusion Computing. In this role, I have gained extensive experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing remote support, and managing ticketing systems for timely resolutions. I’ve developed proficiency in diagnosing network connectivity problems, installing and configuring software, and assisting users across various operating systems. My experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace has enabled me to support clients with productivity and collaboration tools, including O365 apps, Gmail, Google Drive, and more. Additionally, I have honed my skills in user account management and data security, ensuring seamless access while adhering to best practices. Working with diverse clients and their unique application needs has exposed me to a wide array of tools in the technology landscape, enhancing my adaptability and technical expertise. My daily interactions have strengthened my customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills, enabling me to navigate high-pressure situations effectively. Each challenge has transformed perceived weaknesses into strengths, particularly in time management and technical documentation.
