With 14+ years creating people first systems and structures, I'm at my best when ideating solutions, operationalizing large-scale initiatives, and collaborating to engage employees and foster a thriving, inclusive organizational culture. Throughout my career, I've created structure from ambiguity and leaned on my strong relationship building skills to coach individuals, advise senior leadership, and influence at the organizational level. My past experiences include: • Optimizing the impact and understanding of Google’s annual employee engagement survey reaching +100K Googlers by serving as main DEI liaise advising on various decision points on data presentation, analysis, and narrative construction • Reducing the time required for 20+ Diversity Business Partners to analyze data and construct holistic race/gender narratives by redesigning interpretation resources and creating a supplemental dashboard training• Increasing DEI Councils’ efficacy by increasing dedicated DEI resources and shifting structures and workstream alignment.• Originating and cultivating community building spaces for staff including those in a nationally dispersed, matrixed organization• Creating and leading learning sessions to explore identity development and working across lines of difference Relying on strategic thinking and strong prioritization, I'm able to set vision and drive strategy while also executing at the operational and tactical levels.
