As the Technical Communication & Localization Manager in the e-commerce industry, I lead a team of talented writers and translators who produce high-quality documentation, training materials, and marketing assets in multiple languages. I also leverage my skills and knowledge in generative AI, content creation, and manufacturing process improvement to optimize the content lifecycle and enhance the customer experience. I hold a Tekom certification in technical communication and a certificate in foundations of machine learning from the University of Bonn, where I also obtained my MA in Cognitive Linguistics.
