Pr. Imene Trabelsi (PhD from Université d’Auvergne-France) is a Full Professor in Marketing Specialized in Olive Oil and Agrifood Marketing, Digital Marketing and Medical Tourism. She is the Director of the Marketing Research Laboratory at University of Sfax (TUNISIA) and an expert & Consultant at INNOVIC Trading & Consulting Company she is certified from Olive Oil School of Spain ESAO as Olive Oil Sommelier and a Panel Judge in many international olive oil and honey competitions for both quality and design e.g London, Dubai, Istanbul, Brazil, Berlin, Canada … She is accompanying and assisting different companies in developing their branding and Marketing strategies, promoting their international positioning through innovative and Digital Maketing tools thanks to technological advanced tools such as Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots and VR/AR. She is Collaborating with companies by defining Effective Digital and Communication Marketing Strategies aiming at enhancing their notoriety and image all over the world She is teaching at Economics and Management Sciences Faculty of Sfax (TUNISIA) with over 20 years of experience providing thorough and skillful support to Students and researchers through university different levels (License, Master and Doctorate). She is supervising many PhD students dealing with interesting marketing topics and publishing many papers in international scientific journals. She is the Executive Vice President of Programs and Innovation Strategy in Women in Olive Oil International Organisation ( She was recently recruited at the International Olive Council as the Head of Promotion Department
