Background
About Imo Enang
Dr Enang is an award-winning academic and strategic consultant with nearly two decades of transformative impact across academia, policy, and practice. Holding dual doctorates: one in Strategy from Warwick Business School (2023) and another in Data Science from Florida Atlantic University (2026, in view), he specialises in digital strategy, FinTech, and organisational transformation, where his work bridges research, pedagogy, innovation, and public policy. He is a recipient of the "UK Global Talent Award" by the British Academy (2025); the UAE "Executive Director- Special Talent" Award (2023) the United Nations Global Recognition Award (MIPAD 2023) for outstanding contributions to inclusive policy development [Most Influential People of African Descent in the Business & Entrepreneurship Stream].As a Chartered Fellow (CMgr FCMI), Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), and a Chartered Management and Business Educator (CMBE), he also holds multiple industry-recognised certifications spanning governance, risk & compliance [GRC], strategic marketing [CIM], project management & agile methodologies [PMP, Lean etc], as well as ethical finance. His influence spans global higher education and consultancy engagements across the UK, EU, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the MENA region where he works at the interdisciplinary alignment of strategy, innovation & capability development.Dr Enang's doctoral research at Warwick Business School explored how organizations manage the tension between innovation and efficiency. His work on organizational ambidexterity led to the development of the Dynamic Network Alignment (DNA) framework - a practical approach that helps companies balance exploring new opportunities with making the most of what they already do well. This research didn't stay in academic journals. It became the foundation for Ambidexters Inc, where these theories are turned into AI-powered tools that businesses actually use. Dr Enang however realized that even the best technology needs skilled people to implement it, which led to SkillHubs Inc- providing hands-on executive education across Europe and the Middle East. Going forward, he founded ImpactCity serving a different but complementary purpose: it's a platform where professionals share their journeys, learn from each other's stories, and access coaching and mentoring that helps them grow. Through storytelling and community, ImpactCity makes personal and professional development accessible and authentic - because real transformation happens when people connect with each other's experiences.
