Imogen is passionate about aiding organisations in driving change and creating long term value for clients through sustainable, agile solutions. With a BSc in Business Information Systems she effectively analyses data, understands the integration between technology and the business and can sustainably embed and communicate change. She has excellent stakeholder management, organisational skills and enjoys adapting solutions to client needs. She does this through her inquisitive, driven, and diligent approach to client work. Imogen enjoys working in fast-paced environments and combined with her desire to learn, can quickly grasp complex problems. Since joining PA Consulting, Imogen has demonstrated her problem-solving abilities and dependable work ethic through a diverse range of client projects. From being the Agile PMO for a large digital transformation at a leading research institute to most recently supporting an agile transformation at one of the UK's largest banks. 🤝Imogen’s inclusive nature and genuine desire to make a positive change allows her to form a strong alliance with stakeholders and clients.
