I am responsible for the overall operational direction nationally for the Davidson Group, working closely with the COO and Group CEO to deliver the operational strategy. This includes, but is not limited to: processes, operational standards, workforce, talent marketplace, social procurement, and standardisation of documentation. I am passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and I am involved in our First Nations Friendship Program which aims to bring about real impact in reconciliation through friendship and understanding. I would love to connect with other like minded individuals to learn, and to support initiatives that align with our program's plans. Having spent over 17 years working for recruitment companies, I have a comprehensive understanding of this sector; my experience includes: • Account Management, • Leading high performance recruitment teams, • Volume and campaign recruitment, and • Specialised recruitment and workforce solutions. This experience spans industries including Banking & Finance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Utilities, Professional Services and Government.
