About Imogene Drummond

An internationally collected artist, award-winning filmmaker, writer, and former psychotherapist, I create innovative media—including artwork, films, video installations, and empowering arts programs—that connect, celebrate, and promote the creativity in the universe and in us. ART My paintings have been exhibited and collected internationally. Collectors span international corporations, luxury hotels, and distinguished private collectors. These include the former first lady of a European country, best-selling authors, award-winning playwrights, and individuals who enjoy living with art that beautifies and enriches their homes, offices, and public spaces. Due to painting expeditions to sacred sites around the world, I became a member of The Society of Woman Geographers. Membership of this esteemed organization includes significant women explorers of ideas as well as geography, include Eleanor Roosevelt, Amelia Earhart, and Jane Goodall, among others. FILMS International, animation, and children’s film festival have selected and screened my short films. CREATIVITY PROGRAM Art Sparks Creativity and Well-Being Program breaks new ground by providing a bridge between individual creativity and personal growth. Complemented by an award-winning film, the multimedia expressive arts program strengthens self-esteem, verbal and visual communication, creativity, and empowerment. Art Sparks facilitates intentional acts of self-expression—as embodied experience—in a holistic framework. It can be adapted for various ages, educational venues, and projects. PRESENTATIONS My presentations include Art Sparks Creativity Program, Walking and Wandering about my pre-pandemic walkabout in Scotland and Spain, and presentations about my art. WRITING "Options for the Future: Transforming Society Through a Process of Cultural Metamorphosis” is the closing piece in the thought-provoking anthology The Rule of Mars (KIT, 2006) which was endorsed by Pulitzer Prize-winning scientist and author Jared Diamond. I was thrilled that Dr. LeeRay M. Costa in her Choice Magazine review wrote: “Three concluding essays by Clark, Eisler, and Drummond chart an exciting path for a world beyond patriarchy, based on community solidarity, partnership, and respect for Mother Earth.”
