As the Research and Evaluation Lead at the Education Directorate of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP), I oversee and manage the research and evaluation activities that support the delivery and improvement of specialist medical education and training programs. With over 20 years of experience in medical and specialist education, I have a strong background in research design, data analysis, academic writing, and research translation.I have developed and implemented various research and evaluation projects using theory and logic models, qualitative and quantitative methods, and advanced data analysis techniques, such as Rasch analysis.
