About Imran Amin

I am currently employed as Group Financial Controller at Morad Yousuf Behbehani. I had completed my ACCA examination and Bsc degree while working full time as an accountant in Mezzan Holding Co. and had gone then to complete my membership during my time as an auditor in Deloitte Middle East. I then moved to enhance my skills by taking up managerial positions in Alghanim Industries where I managed the Financial Reporting of more than 75 business units and then moved to Ernst Young Kuwait where I handled more than 50 audit clients. I had started and completed my Foundations In Accountancy diploma (FIA) and Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) from November 2011 to July 2012. Ranked among the highest in Kuwait during that session, I was awarded with 2 shields for my achievements; one from the President of Kuwait Pakistan Friendship Organisation (KPFA) and the other being from the ambassador of Pakistan in Kuwait. Currently I am enroute completing my MSc in Professional Accounting from UCL. Started off my professional career at an early stage, I continuously strive to develop myself in every manner possible; whether it be academic or of morals and ethics. I aim to develop myself professionally and enhance my skills to the utmost limits I can reach. Straight forward and determined, I pursue to achieve as much work exposure as possible since this would play a key factor in my professional development. Able to fit in well within a team environment, whilst also being able to undertake and exhibit leadership roles and responsibilities. I was able to maintain a perfect balance between my professional life as well as my academic course, leading to success and recognition in my company and educational institutes. My efforts and hard works have also been interviewed by London School Of Business & Finance (LSBF) Online Study Interactive and published on their website as well as their social networking sites.(see attached links) I have a strong hold on Auditing and Accounting knowledge and skills as well as their application in my profession.
