About Imran Farooq

I bring professional experience in the video game industry where I contributed in multiple domains such as game designing, programming, and mobile game publishing, achieving success in multiple projects. In a very different way, I achieved my dream of becoming a full-time game designer. I started my career as a game programmer, contributing to the games. Then I progressed to becoming a full-time game developer, developing multiple casual mobile games. My next success was becoming a product & design lead, leading a team of young developers and designers to build a generic template for a story-driven hidden object game. Then I learned the skill of publishing mobile games and worked professionally as an Appstore Manager where I was responsible for publishing games on different distribution platforms. Throughout my journey, I was always contributing to the team in any way possible, especially in game design which led me to my dream of being a full-time game designer. The greatest compliment I ever got was "Jack of all trades". I see it as a "Must Have" ability for a person working in the video game industry. I love making friends, and I have a lot of them.
