As a chemistry graduate, I spent the first five years of my career in commercial business acquisition and account management roles with Pfizer and Fisons Scientific, before a 25-year period in IT recruitment and energy consultancy. The drug discovery process and specifically medicinal and computational chemists utilising AI and ML to accelerate the process of identifying drug candidates has always fascinated me, and was the reason I joined Optibrium in 2022.
