About Imran Ismail

My name is Imran Ismail and I am a globally experienced Oil & Gas enthusiast skilled in large scale operations management. During my career I have proven my ability to lead projects from scratches to commissioning and my expertise in accurate project plans and resources needed which has resulted in delivery and timeline frequently. Having worked internationally I am also well versed in managing staff from all parts of the globe. I have emerged victorious in challenging environment with very limited resources. I am experienced and managed well in the mobilization phase, which is said to be the toughest as well as challenging part of a project. I have well implemented fastracking of a six month long preparation at site in the mobilization period within two months successfully. My largest project till date was the mobilization of Kentech-Qatar Gas project. And, I consider training all the people onsite to work in the Qatar gas in a limited time frame was also a successful mission for me. Transportation support for the experts to execute the tasks and logistics support to the site was also a proof to consider me as a multitasking employee. I am a champion of continuous improvement which has benefitted operations I have set-up, which has resulted in an exemplary safety track record of zero LTIs, even for multi-site 24/7 operations with many man hours of workflow.
