About Imran Rasheed

A seasoned design professional with over 12 years of versatile experience in architecture and interior design, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. I have successfully led and delivered complex design solutions across a wide spectrum of project typologies, including mixed-use developments, residential, corporate offices, hospitality spaces, and mid-rise buildings. My expertise spans the full project lifecycle from concept design and documentation to tendering, statutory approvals, and site execution. In recent years, my professional focus has shifted toward public-sector and transportation infrastructure, particularly aviation an area rooted in my thesis on international airport design. This early academic exploration fostered a deep understanding of airport systems, including the orchestration of landside and airside operations, sterile and non-sterile zones, security integration, baggage handling logistics, and the master planning of runways, taxiways, and support facilities. My core competencies include architectural and interior design, planning, spatial visioning, and the implementation of computational design workflows. I bring strong leadership in multidisciplinary coordination, team and client management, as well as feasibility and design strategy for complex developments. Currently involved in ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition) for aviation infrastructure projects nearing completion along with expansions and greenfield ATB projects at AVIA NG. Proficient in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, and AviPLAN, I bring both creative and technical excellence to every stage of project development
