I am a large format retail store expert with experience in retail logistics, sales, and e-business. I managed and worked with a team of managers and up to 200 colleagues to drive sales, set standards, and deliver KRAs. I am a key motivator, maintaining morale, and creating an operation that keeps customers returning while supporting the pricing strategy and keeping costs low. I am a strong coach, role model, and mentor who inspires the team to be the best they can be. I have 13 years of experience in the apparel fashion industry and the consumer electronics industry, with a background in e-business and logistics. I've consistently met and exceeded my sales targets throughout my career. For the past four years, I've been honored and recognized as manager of the year.
