In-depth knowledge and profound experience of piping and mechanical design and its implementation across varied industries- Have worked on Offshore and Onshore Conceptual, FEED / Basic, Detail engineering for Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Fertilizer, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and Refineries etc- Execute and get work done for submission of Piping deliverables as per schedule’s- Studies related to layout and piping, in conjunction with Piping and other Discipline’s- Preparation of Piping Specifications as per the requirement of project with respect to applicable standard’s- Preparation of Material requisition’s related to Piping- Well versed and hands on experience with different piping designing applications AVEVA PDMS, E3D, Intergraph PDS, SP3D, Microstation, Autocad, I-sketch, & Pelican Forge, Cad Pipe, MDS- Preparation of study for Piping and Equipment Layout, routing of piping with respect to P & ID, supporting of piping- Evaluating and checking of Vendor documents and drawing - Raising Technical Queries, Man Hour estimation for various task’s within Piping- Preparation of progress reports, design review documents- Expertise knowledge of material take off at different stages and levels of the project using respective software’s- Checking and Evaluating of all types of Designs and drawings like, Isometrics, G.A, Layouts, and Vendor drawings as per the required specifications and standards- Routing of Piping with consideration to flexibility and feasibility of construction- Review and Checking of IDC’s of respective drawing- Generation of spools as per the specification requirements considering aspects like, feasibility of fabrication, loading, off-loading etc- Preparation and checking of various drawings like, wirings diagrams, single line diagrams, cable routing diagrams, as well as structural and civil details- Have got certification of Offshore Survival Training, H2S & Fire Survival Training, and HSE & Material Handling Inductions- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of various Engineering Document Management System - Work in conjunction with principal designers and engineers to help develop all aspects of a project - Site survey study and report preparations like demolition and construction reports- Excellent communication and coordination skills at all levels and various departments- Well-developed analytical, problem solving and project management skills
