Dubai Municipality: • Coordinate and arrange DM inspection of structural member. • Arrange all the related documents required for DM inspection • Coordinate with DM Engineer to close the violation if any violation happens at site. • Good Knowledge of DM portal Building Control System (BCS) for Inspections, change of contractor/consultant, night shift approvals, close the violations. Completion of projects etc. TRAKHEES: • Coordinate and arrange Trakhees inspection of structural member such as raft, retaining wall, slab, compound wall etc. • Arrange all the related documents required for Trakhees inspection • Apply in Trakhees portal for inspection for 0%, 50% and 100% Inspection, COC’s Inspection DCCA/TECOM: • Coordinate and arrange DCCA inspection of structural member such as raft, slab, Tie beams, compound wall etc. • Arrange all the related documents required for DCCA inspection
