I am a results-oriented Regional Head of Infrastructure with over 13 years of experience steering infrastructure transformations and spearheading cloud migration initiatives for end-users across Malaysia and SEA region. I've always been fascinated by how technology helps drive progress and advancement across diverse business landscapes. Beginning my career as an IT engineer, I now take my deep knowledge and understanding of infrastructure design, network, systems, and operations, and apply them to my regional function of IT infrastructure management, IT operations administration and strategic development. As a meticulous self-starter with strong aptitude for customer success, I specialise in providing subject-matter expertise on operational, functional and systemic aspects of infrastructure solution design as well as harnessing new opportunities through compelling value propositions to create successful business outcomes. I thrive in coaching, mentoring and motivating vendors and stakeholders, including C-level executives, to build rapport that leads to achieving desired performance outcomes amidst complex business demands, matrixed environments, tight timelines, and language and cultural barriers.
