About Imran Tamboli

Behind every thriving business is a financial system that actually works — one that’s clean, compliant, and built to scale. That’s where I come in. Hi, I’m, a at. With over 15 years of experience, I work with founders, CEO, CFO and leadership teams who want to stop firefighting finances and start building with clarity. Whether it’s fixing messy books, setting up streamlined accounting processes, or making sure you're audit-ready in advance, I believe financial hygiene is a growth enabler, not just a compliance checkbox. My approach is simple: Keep things structured but flexible Make reporting easy to understand Build systems that reduce stress, not add to it Bring accountability, transparency, and clarity to the table Over the years, I’ve supported businesses across a diverse range of sectors, including IT services, SAAS, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, HealthTech, real estate, D2C, and NGO and more — helping them navigate compliance, manage costs, and make better decisions with their numbers. At Xcelerate, I don’t just manage finance—I help shape how businesses operate. From crunching numbers and managing payroll to powering vendor workflows and unlocking insights with MIS dashboards, I build the backbone that lets founders focus on growth. Let’s connect if you’re scaling and want a finance setup that grows with you—not against you. imran.tamboli@xcelerateadvisory.com |
