About Imriel Morgan

I’ve spent the last decade helping creators get seen, heard, and paid. As the founder of Content is Queen, I’ve built a global network of over audio creators, launched Europe’s first podcast festival focused on women and underrepresented voices, and partnered with brands like Spotify, Audible, Pinterest and Acast. My work sits at the intersection of community, culture and commercial strategy. I focus on building trust, not just reach. That’s looked like redistributing more than in funding to creators, producing events with over attendees, and developing a creator marketplace that onboarded 1,400 users in its first month. Right now, I’m focused on taking the platform to the next stage. I’m fundraising, scaling, and building out a fairer, more transparent infrastructure for audio. I also take on a small number of consulting and advisory roles with media, tech and cultural organisations that care about building community with real depth and intention.
