My journey in leadership development and organizational transformation began over 20 years ago, rooted in the vibrant energy of my hometown, Jakarta. Today, I split my time between empowering leaders and enjoying the serene beauty of Bali, where I live with my husband, Jon. For me, leadership is deeply personal, driven by a commitment to authenticity, creating tangible impact, and fostering true growth in others. This philosophy has been profoundly shaped by my extensive experience, including a proud affiliation with McKinsey & Company as an affiliate since 2007. I specialize in guiding individuals and organizations across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Indonesia, through complex challenges to unlock their full potential. When I'm not immersed in the world of leadership, I find balance and inspiration in simple joys: a morning walk along the beach, the mindful practice of Pilates and Yoga, or the quiet satisfaction of tending to my beloved houseplant collection in my garden.
