About Ina Steinborn

I am a highly motivated humanist who has practical experiences in social research as well as in business studies. I strive in challenging myself professionally, for example by choosing unfamiliar topics throughout my studies. During my master thesis, I analyzed the consequences of a globalized market towards a German minority group in Northern Mexico. I emerged into a local community, conducted primary research and drew connections between scholarly and practical knowledge. In addition, I have a background in international relationships and project management which I gained during my internship at the German embassy in Moscow. In order to conquer the arising challenges, I go above and beyond making the best use of my abilities to solve each task. Furthermore, I have significant practice in working in multicultural teams and applying problem-based learning techniques. Thus, I am able to work efficiently on my own as well as in groups. My objective is to use and expand my skills in order to grow professionally while connecting people, cultures and businesses around the globe.
