It is my passion and vision in life to contribute to humanitarian relief and help others to achieve their full dreams and full potential in life. It is my aim to work toward equality and peace for all humans irrespective of culture, race, or religion by offering my professional skills and experiences in a coaching, counseling, or skills facilitation capacity. I have ten years of teaching experience to middle and senior-level learners with full class management, motivation, and counseling services to students toward study, problem-solving, communication skills, evaluation, and performance in education. My critical thinking coupled with practical applications of skills and ideas is a great advantage to my teaching methodology as well as to the learner's successful outcomes and personal development. l have expertise in youths and children psychology and education psychology, hence one of the reasons for being a successful youth career, skills facilitator, contents writing and counseling. My passion is to be part of a solution and to eradicate poverty through training and education in my own culture and European countries that might be refugees and not be able to contribute to their new society and economy. I act as a mediator and skills facilitator between parties making use of effective communication skills both written and verbal to work towards a mutually beneficial solution. I believe that the protection and promotion of human rights are paramount and important to create global peace and harmony. It is my view that more men should try and find peaceful resolutions for discrimination against color, race, and religion in the world and to allow women and girls to participate in social and government activities in order to curb gender-based violence and inequalities. I am but one man who adds my voice and skills to alleviate poverty and gender inequalities in my country and can help to do so in other countries where my own culture and people are refugees. Who knows their own people the best than those born of the same tribe and place?
