About Inca Spice

Working within NHS for many years, I have developed personally and on a professional level. I have learned to refine my communications skills to enable myself to communicate effectively and efficiently. I am able to time manage, to reach targets and deadlines and to work within a team where we are supportive to one another. I have an understanding of the ever changing environment of the NHS due to the necessary efficiency savings it has needed to make. Currently, the responsibilities within my role within administration, involves patient referrals, patient bookings and possible queries both face to face and over the phone, incoming post and filing and data input, preparing medical notes for clinics and prioritising the work load where necessary. I consider myself to be adaptable to the ever changing pace of the working environment, I conduct myself in a calm and polite manner and I am always willing to assist where needed. Most importantly, I enjoy team working and I have the ability to be self-motivated.
