Worked as senior program manager in gender, humanitarian, social development, human rights, rule of law/gender justice and conflict prevention management for more than twenty-five years at the global, regional, and country levels; Designed and managed projects in Myanmar, Afghanistan, Sudan (Darfur), Somalia, Philippines, Cambodia and Ethiopia to name a few and convened diverse stakeholders such as government agencies, political parties, civil society organizations, and donor agencies in the design, development, and implementation of such project; Understands multiple specialties and how they impact each other and excels in fostering collaboration between various stakeholders who may not be accustomed to working together, like government, private sector and civil society. Adept in solving complex challenges like peace, human rights, gender, climate change, food security and humanitarian work which require multidisciplinary approaches with input from a wide array of specialties and actors.
