I am a skilled team member having collaborated with engineering, quality assurance, and marketing teams. I have an excellent track record in driving results for design and process changes for medical device products. Areas of Expertise: Leadership Skills: Experience coordinating the action of manufacturing technicians, support scientists, and quality control management for the manufacturing of validation lots. I designed the experiment according to the voice of the customer data from marketing and trained multiple department employees in order to examine the feasibility of a product shelf-life extension. Analytical Skills: Design and conduct experiments to optimize product changes at Immucor using Minitab. Using established product requirements and additional gathered customer user needs, I design experiments to ensure the safety and efficacy of medical diagnostic devices while meeting the intended need of healthcare professionals.
