With over 10 years of experience in care strategy consulting, I am a passionate and skilled leader in the field of care management and patient education. As the Director of Care Strategies at MCG Health, I work with healthcare organizations to improve their care management workflows, develop and implement training plans, and assist with department redesigns. I have multiple certifications, including CMPC, CTT+, and CCM, that demonstrate my proficiency in change management, technical training, and care management. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in using electronic health records (EHR) and conducting utilization review. My mission is to help healthcare providers deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and cost-effective care to their patients.
