I am an experienced and expert Head of ECD Section Currently with a demonstrated history of working in the learning institutions and Local Authority, focusing more on Community Development, Project management, policy development, facilitating, coaching and mentoring. Highly skilled and experienced in working with International and local organisation, Moodle and e-learning platforms, Extensive experience in Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary and adult Education and open distance students support, coupled with Academic Advising. Programmes Development, Policy implementation, Planning and Evaluation as well as writing reports. Strong consulting professional, Training of trainers and organizing and facilitating of workshops. In position of the following qualification: Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, B. Ed Honors, Facilitating and managing of online courses from University of Namibia (UNAM) and Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA). My studies mainly focused in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, Child Development and education and Curriculum Development.
